Therapy Agreements

At the beginning of your treatment sessions, regardless of the type of therapy you may be offered, you will be given something called a Therapy Agreement.

A Therapy Agreement is a contract of sorts, which outlines relevant rights and responsibilities, for both yourself and your therapist to abide by throughout your sessions.

Our service offers short-term therapy, which means that you will be offered a limited number of sessions. The average amount varies depending on the treatment approach, and this will be discussed with you in your first treatment session.

The information provided in these Therapy Agreements is intended to help you get the most out of your therapy. As a result, it does include information about our cancellation and missed appointment policy, as commitment to therapy sessions is essential to ensure that treatment is successful for you.
